Yes. You can switch your active industry vertical at any time from the sidebar. All historical data is preserved and the calculations recalibrate automatically.

A season is a defined production and selling cycle — typically 4–6 months — during which your budget, products, and performance are tracked. You can configure season length and dates in Setup.

No. BirdEye is fully no-code. You configure your products, costs, and channels through guided input forms. No API integration or technical expertise is required for the core platform.

The Ads Tracker pulls from your logged transactions and allocated CEO-approved weekly ad budgets to show you real-time ROAS, actual vs planned spend, and per-channel performance.

BirdEye currently supports EGP, USD, AED, SAR, and EUR. You can switch the active currency at any time from the sidebar selector.

Phase 2 includes payment gateway integrations, Supabase database syncing, multi-user collaboration, and automated reporting. Phase 1 (current) covers the full analytics engine and dashboard.
