BirdEye collects information you provide directly — including email addresses used for platform authentication, company names, industry type, and usage data from within the platform. We do not collect financial data beyond what you input into the analytics engine.
Information is used solely to provide and improve the BirdEye platform. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third party. Usage data is analyzed in aggregate to improve product performance.
All data transmitted to and from BirdEye is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Stored data is encrypted at rest. We implement enterprise-grade access controls and conduct regular security reviews.
Your data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account termination, data is deleted within 30 days unless legal obligations require longer retention.
BirdEye uses minimal session cookies for authentication purposes only. No tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels are deployed on the platform.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Submit a request to our team via the Contact page and we will respond within 72 hours.
By accessing or using BirdEye, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
BirdEye grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or white-label the platform without written consent.
The platform is intended for legitimate business intelligence and analytics purposes. Any use for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities is strictly prohibited.
All platform content, design, code, and methodologies are the intellectual property of BirdEye. Your business data remains your property at all times.
BirdEye provides analytics tools for decision support. We are not liable for business decisions made based on platform outputs. The platform is provided "as-is" for Phase 1 operations.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
